Our History
Valley Farms Supply
Valley Farms Supply was founded in 1959 by Mike and Pete House and incorporated in 1968. Over the years, the company expanded across Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, becoming a leading distributor of water well, wastewater, geothermal, and piping products. In 2018, Valley Farms Supply became part of Headwater Companies, strengthening its ability to support contractors with comprehensive products and services. Known for its robust inventory, technical expertise, and fully equipped test and repair capabilities, Valley Farms Supply built its reputation by putting customers first.
Milan Supply Company
Founded in 1962 in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, by brothers Jim and Phil Milan, Milan Supply Company was built on a shared vision to deliver quality products, competitive pricing, and outstanding service. What began as a single location quickly grew into a multi-branch distributor across Michigan. In 1980, Milan Supply became the first Michigan-based company of its kind to expand into the environmental industry, later becoming a leader in advanced wastewater treatment solutions. In 2019, Milan Supply joined Headwater Companies, further expanding its reach and capabilities. The company’s success has always been rooted in its people—a dedicated team committed to supporting customers and driving industry innovation.
